The business manual presents the current Slovene business legislation in a practical and comprehensible way. It is divided into twelve chapters and more than two hundred subchapters. It sets out to familiarise the reader with the import/export regime and foreign investments, the securities market, public purchasing and concessions, the establishment of companies and subsidiaries, the labour law, tax arrangements and accounting requirements and other operating conditions in Slovenia.
